Cox Wireless: Owned end-to-end OSS provisioning workflow orchestration and real-time service activation processes for Cox’s nationwide wireless service. Designed and delivered deterministic, fault-tolerant automation between legacy ICOMS billing, activation UI, MNO partner APIs (Verizon), and internal open-source engines (Camunda/jBPM)

Cox Fiber: Entrusted with responsibility as the Project Technical Lead & Designer to build an automated solution in 2013 that could beat Google Fiber to market without advanced notice. According to CableLabs, Cox incorporating multiple vendor (Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, and Calix) support was an industry first for MSOs. This highly successful project kept Google Fiber from entering a Cox market until 2023, giving Cox a full decade of protected revenue.

Cox Hotspots with Panoramic Wifi: Part of the broader CableWiFi initiative to allow customers to use any other Cox device's wifi to protect our customers from using expensive 5G data services.

End-to-End Open-Source Libraries: As the longest running Cox OSS Lead Designer & Developer (20 years), only open-source software has been approved for use since 2013 to align with lessons learned since 2005. This cross-cutting concern results in major OPEX savings including reducing yearly subscriptions and ultimately using open-source engines to eliminate vendor cost completely.

End-to-End Security Compliance: Pioneered development and design patterns that delivered 100% Veracode, Sonarqube and PrismaCloud scores across the entire provisioning footprint even in situations where AI was unable to resolve the flaw.

Legacy Technology Upgrades: Consistently monitor for major upgrades in any dependent software, libraries, or framework updates. Break them into smaller pieces and upgrade sprint-by-sprint treating as Enablers according to SAFe© Agile Methodology. Maven dependency reviews are done on a pull request basis.
